We’ve been partners in marriage for over forty years. Now we’ve joined forces to become partners in business.
Our combined skills are complementary and cohesive, our thinking a balance between the rational and the emotional. Our values are consistent, anchored by integrity, guided by honesty and lived with empathy and compassion.
During our careers we have held positions as senior executives in large and small companies where we helped build strong and productive teams through ongoing mentoring and focused coaching.
Our skills and techniques were honed during our tenure abroad where we were exposed to multi-cultural mores and attitudes toward work, supervisors and fellow workers. Dealing with personnel whose primary language was not English taught us that humility, interpersonal skills, intent listening and studied and clear responses were the keys to successful team building.
In addition to being successful coaches and mentors, we have had writing responsibilties including copy, new business proposals, strategic recommendations, press communications and corporate publications. We are recognized for our creative thinking and compelling writing.
